iDriving exhibits at Connecting Europe Days 2026 in Brussels

iDriving took part as an exhibitor in Connecting Europe Days 2026, held in Brussels from 28 September to 1 October 2026. The project had stand 19 in the Road zone of the exhibition in the Grand Hall.

Two representatives of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH), which coordinates iDriving, welcomed visitors to the stand. They presented the project with leaflets, a roll-up banner and a short video about iDriving, which played throughout the exhibition. Around 20 visitors stopped by to find out more about the project and to ask for leaflets and further information.

Why it matters

iDriving is developing intelligent and digital road infrastructure solutions for safer urban and secondary roads. Its tools aim to give road users, road operators and public authorities better ways to monitor road conditions, anticipate risks and issue warnings. Exhibiting in Brussels gave the project the chance to talk directly with people working on Europe’s transport networks and to show how research funded by Horizon Europe can support the EU’s road safety goals.
