On October 16, 2025, the Municipality of Thessaloniki represented the city’s strategic interests in Brussels at the “Second Institutional Policy Dialogue” of the Green Living Areas Mission.
During the event, the Municipality delivered an in-person presentation titled “Climate Neutral Thessaloniki – Opportunities and Challenges,” detailing the city’s ambitious Climate City Contract and Climate Neutral Action Plan.
A key highlight of this high-level presentation was the explicit recognition of Research and Innovation Actions as essential tools for urban transformation. We are proud to report that iDriving was showcased as a pivotal technological enabler assisting Thessaloniki in achieving its climate neutrality goals.
By presenting iDriving in this policy dialogue, our partner demonstrated to European policymakers and mission representatives how specific project outcomes are actively driving the Green Transition at the local level.
