Today, Friday, January 17, 2025, INFRA Plan, in collaboration with the City of Karlovac, hosted the 2nd Workshop, bringing together 45 individuals, project partners and key Use Case stakeholders. Building on the 1st workshop held on November 1, 2024, this session focused on pilot design and user requirements identification through a participatory approach, concluding with an open discussion.
Participants took part in collaborative discussions, an interactive online activity, and structured consultations, addressing the challenges of urban and rural road maintenance. The insights gathered will support the development of a strategic roadmap for cost-effective, safe, and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
